Control Panels, Built in Our Own Shop
We make all of our control boxes in house.
They are designed, wired and tested in our own shop in Kosciusko County, rather than ordered in, drop-shipped, or assembled somewhere else and handed over with a wiring diagram nobody can follow.

What that actually means
Every circuit is numbered, with a printed label under every device.
That labeling is the difference between an hour of troubleshooting and a morning of it. It helps whoever opens the panel next most of all, and that might not be us.
Contactors, starters, overloads, breakers, disconnects, drives. We lay them out so you can get at things, label them so you can find them, and test the panel before it leaves.

Grain systems
Most of what we build runs grain.
A single cabinet might carry bin blowers and sweeps, the leg, the upper cross conveyor, load and unload augers at different horsepower, fill and screen circuits, each on its own labeled starter.

The motors are interlocked so they start in the right order, and so grain cannot be moved into a bin with nothing running under it.
That interlock is the part that matters and the part that gets skipped. A grain system is a chain of motors, and the order they start in is not a preference. Get it wrong and you find out at the worst possible moment.

Motor loads generally
Conveyor systems above all. We build for anything with motors that have to work together and in the right order: conveying, handling, ventilation, process equipment. Starters and disconnects are sized for what is actually connected.
See industrial.
A system we did not install
We will build a panel for a system somebody else put in.
You do not have to have used us before, and we are not going to tell you the wiring has to come out first. Bring us what is there: the motors, what they do, and what order they have to run in. We will build to it.
Most grain systems in this county have been added to over thirty years by more than one outfit anyway. Building for what is actually installed, rather than what a drawing says was installed, is most of the job.
Two years later
When something needs looking at, the person who built the panel is still in the county. You are not calling a phone number in another state or a company that has since been bought twice, or hunting for a drawing nobody can find.
You get the same people, the same shop, and a panel they recognize because they built it.
