Where We Work

McClone Electric works across Kosciusko County, Indiana, and the surrounding counties.

We have been doing it since 1981 out of a shop in the middle of the county rather than an hour away in another one, and the second generation runs it now. Being that close makes it easy to come back out when something needs another look.

The towns

Warsaw — the county seat and most of our commercial work. Two of the places we wired are open to the public and you can walk into them.

Winona Lake — the oldest houses on our list. If your panel has fuses in it, this is the page.

Pierceton — where it started, in 1981. More pole barns out this way than houses.

North Webster — lake property, and property with more than one meter on it. Docks and boat lifts. Places that are shut half the year.

Syracuse — Wawasee, and cottages that became year-round houses on a service that was never meant to carry it.

Claypool — grain, and farms where the three-phase runs out.

Mentone — poultry barns: ventilation, lighting controls, alarms, and standby power for the whole barn at once.

Milford — ag buildings on one side of town and real industrial load on the other.

Leesburg — the way in to Tippecanoe and the Barbee chain, and the town and farms behind them.

Silver Lake — farms and standby generators, at the far end of the county.

Atwood — no page of its own, but we serve it and do the same work there.

Columbia City — outside Kosciusko County, over the line in Whitley County, and mostly commercial: the buildings along US 30.

If your town is not on the list

Call anyway.

The county line is not a fence, and we go where the work is. We travel to Etna Green and Akron, and to the ground in between. We will travel for the right job, so if you are further out, ask. The answer is usually yes, and if it is no we will say so straight away rather than waste your time.

What we do, wherever you are

  • Commercial — offices, restaurants, retail, churches, warehouses, medical and dental, apartments and rentals. Nights and weekends when a place cannot shut down during the day.
  • Residential — service upgrades and panel change-outs, then everything that hangs off them.
  • Industrial — three-phase, motor loads, VFDs, infrared scanning.
  • Agriculture — grain, poultry, livestock. WE KNOW AG, and we have since 1981.
  • Pole barn wiring — the shop building, from the trench in.
  • Generator installation — standby power that starts on its own.
  • Custom controls — built in our own shop, every circuit labeled.
  • Emergency — the phone gets answered, and it has since 1981.
