Emergency Electrician in Warsaw, Indiana

Call at any hour and somebody answers the phone, as they have since 1981.

That’s how Chris McClone ran the business when he started it, and the second generation still runs it round the clock, from the same county.

Call, don’t wait until Monday

  • The power is out and the neighbors still have theirs
  • A breaker won’t stay in, or keeps tripping the moment there’s load
  • Something smells hot, or a switch or outlet is warm
  • A panel is buzzing, arcing or scorched
  • A storm took the service off the side of the house
  • Half the building is dead and the other half is fine
  • Three-phase down at a plant, a shop or a farm

If you’re standing there wondering whether it’s worth calling at this hour, it is. It costs nothing to describe it on the phone, and some of these get worse quietly.

Who answers

You get somebody who does the work, not a call center reading from a script or a stranger taking a message for the morning.

Storm and fire damage — call before the repairs start

If you’re filing an insurance claim on storm or fire damage, the electrical work is part of that claim, and what gets written down at the beginning shapes what gets paid at the end. Most people find that out too late. We document what we find, and the estimate comes in writing.

The best time to call us is before any repairs begin. Once the damage has been cleaned up or partly fixed, the evidence of what actually happened is gone, and it is a much harder conversation with the insurer.

Safe until we get there

  • If you can do it safely, shut off the breaker to the circuit that’s giving trouble
  • If a panel is arcing, buzzing or scorched, don’t open it — leave it alone and call
  • If the service is down off the house, stay away from the wire, whether it looks live or not, and call the power company as well as us
  • Don’t reset the same breaker over and over. It’s tripping for a reason
